Very friendly staff. Kids had a great time at the slides and with the animator. Staff were attentive. Rooms are clean. As hotel is on a cliff top, car is needed to get around.

The hotel is very smart and clean. The staff were polite and friendly. The food was varied and plentiful. It doesn't predominantly cater for Brits but Google Translate solved any communication issues adequately.
We were there late in the season (October) so the hotel wasn't anywhere near full but a tour party with 4 coaches arrived one afternoon which gave an idea of how it would be in the height of the summer. The restaurant was full when we went for Dinner. It would have been better if they had someone in the door stopping more people from entering and forming a queue when there were no more free tables. We went to the lobby, had a beer, waited 45 minutes and then successfully tried again. There was still an adequate quantity and selection of food available.
The hotel is on the outskirts of the town, set on a hillside which gives it excellent views of down to the bay 1km away but it does mean steep roads up to it.
