Exceptional stay
Posted 27 Jan 2024 on HotelsThis was a new, elegant, clean spacious hotel with great views.. the staff was overall marvelous from the custodians to the front desk. The spa tecnician fatma and seva were incredibly discreet and kind high quality gym, sauna and hammam were fantastic. Love to recisit this summer. Cheers

Posted 10 Oct 2023 on HotelsNot the cheapest, but well worth the price. Very modern, lovely staff, clean and comfortable. Quiet when we stayed there (early October). Stunning views from our room and the infinity pool.
Good choice for breakfast (buffet style).
Only ate in one evening, food ok, nothing to shout about though.

The hotel is pretty new and the location also 5 min walk away from the Taslik beach however I would not recommend that beach. The hotel reception and stuff were kind however while we were checking out from the hotel, the reception told us that she needs to keep us for a short time because they need to check our room. That is understandable but a bit rude tho. I have never experienced this before. After 5 min she said that I need to pay bottle of water which I did not drink but was already opened once we checked into the room. Stringing the client along by telling them they need to check the room before we left if there’s anything been used from the bar or if everything is okay in the room is not kind.

The position of the hotel was excellent.
Breakfast was very great. The staff were really good and attentive.
We found the room rather hot especially when you have been out for a while. The AC is set at 22 degrees - it was so hot during our stay that we felt the AC was not coping as well as it should have.
