Room had both ceiling fans and AC running when we entered, likely in an attempt to get rid of mold smell. Didn't work, but in fairness we didn't complain as we were just too tired.
Hot showers are not a thing at this hotel. Best you get is warm.
Overall sub par and we wouldn't stay again.

The state of the hotel is pretty good and we were happy with the cleanliness of our room. Location is convenient too - just a short walk to shops and eateries in town. Staff that we encountered at reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Our harbour view 2 bed apartment was first class. Clean, nicely furnished, great amenities and a fantastic bed. Add the view and friendly and helpful staff and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Positives: Pleasant staff at check in. Room was clean. Glad to have breakfast included. Convenient location.
Negatives: Aircon wasn't very cold. Limited to 21C and the room was not able to cool down compared to other hotels and motels ive stayed at in darwin.
Positive and negative:
Was told i had ordered a la carte breakfast incorrectly and was going to be charged but the receptionist didnt after i had told them i only ate what was part of the included breakfast. Probably need to ask for proof of room and surname for the a la carte orders as someone probably got away without paying their food.

Extremely easy to find, view of the water was beautiful and the lights at night truly magic

Tte noise of people next door. 2 nights woken up by loud music and loud people trying to talk over music.

There's potential
Posted 17 Mar 2024 on HotelsIt was ok, mould in all the bath/shower grouting. It was nice to have breakfast included and $10 to upgrade to a hot breakfast which is a good deal, but quality was missing. They need to do a lot of work though.
