The hotel has a wonderful character, and the rooms are of a good size and well presented. The staff were excellent, across all aspects of the hotel. We were part of an event function in the evening and the food was outstanding - the best lamb shanks we have ever had! We could not fault our stay at all. We will definitely be using this hotel again.

Limited breakfast options ie £12.50 and I’m not much of a breakfast chap
And I was a short stay turnaround guest
So unable to use gym could this be reflected in room price???

Relaxing , good value break

Breakfast good , plenty of choice , meal in restaurant Friday was very nice .
