I've stayed at the Ibis for the last few years and standards are dropping. The rooms aren't serviced unless you call and ask for it, but there is a notice saying to call for clean towels if needed. Called for a clean towel at 7.30am, checked out at 10am and had still not received a clean towel. The breakfast was the worst buffet breakfast I've ever had. Minimal variety, pancake machine out of order, fruit old and soggy, bacon undercooked and soggy, pastries stale, the list goes on. Won't be staying again.

I found the rooms were outdated and old. Bathroom tap was loose and sink kept clogging up. Comfortable sleep though, bed was great. Great service.
