Amazing view to the harbour. The rooms and facilities are well kept. The receptionist could be faster in processing the check-in.

Very large executive room with beautiful sea view. Staff very helpful. Internet code log in keeps changing but staff were responsive. Location was brilliant- centre down town The only downside was the breakfast was average

Dirty Hotel

The room I was initially given was smelly with dirty towels and linen. So the front desk clerk moved me. That room was also dirty so he moved me yet again to a room this time that had no towels. Then they moved me to the 15th floor, where it seemed to be a different hotel. The room was more modern, clean, and the view was awesome. Judging by all the other guests on my floor it appears management reserves the better rooms for Asians/Indians. I personally would not stay at the facility again.

Excellent room. Very nice swimming pool. The hotel restaurant had a terrific view of the harbour, but the food was a bit mediocre. Good service in the restaurant however. We would stay here again.
