Having all facilities in one place. The check in time isn't favorable especially when you only have access to early flights. Improve on making sure everything is available in the room. Its absurd that one has to wait till noon to check-in, then when you get to, you have to follow up to get toiletries and still remind them eveyday to avail what was depleted.

Dear Guest, Thank you for letting us know the inconvenience caused to you in your stay. Yes its true the checkin time is 1400hrs and we do have flexibility to early checkin, however as hotel was completely full the other night it was not possible to give rooms before 12noon.We apologies again for the inconvenience you went through
