Ventilation system the smell is all over the place Smoke Smell smell is all over the place . Need recycle of freshly air pumps of fresh air obtaining the moisture and smoking smell from hotel . Some moisture was found on concrete wall of my washroom. Some Mould was found at the bath Remaining is very good service and update Furniture and lay out.

is Hotels.com a responsible website?

when I checked out, the hotel asked me to pay full expense, although I showed my reservation in Hotels.com. the hotel insisted that Hotels.com will return my reservation fee. after I came back from my trip, I sent email and called Hotels.com several times to ask for help, but 20days later, still no answer. I am now wonder whether I should trust Hotels.com any more

房間地毯有水積,有一種難聞的味道。早餐選種極少,沒有冷牛奶,只有熱牛奶,侍應服務態度懶散加上連基本上的食物都沒有,如煙肉,香腸,炒麺,太少選擇了。個人以為福朋四星級酒店是有水準,結果令人太失望。不會再入住此酒店,更不會推薦給任何人。
