Check-in was very easy. Lisa was very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was nice. Room was clean

I found my room to be clean enough to stay for a week, and the area actually seems safe enough for a single woman at night. No extras like a gym or pool, but there is a washer and dryer. I wouldn't rely on their breakfast, but for basic needs, this seemed worth the price. You can tell there have been updates. I really liked the carpet and bedspread even if there were a few cigarette holes. There was a bit of a cigarette smell in the hallway, but my room only had a slight musty smell that's so common at this price point.

Overall good experience.
We had a reservation for 1 room non smoking but, there was some kind of mixup with the reservation and we were assigned a smoking room. Initially we decided to try it but after 10min in there we had to come back down and requested to be moved. The smell in the room was terrible. Luckily they were able to move us to a non smoking room right away. The second room was much better.

The room and carpet was dirty the microwave didn’t worked the staff during checkout was very rude

Posted 12 Feb 2024 on HotelsAlways check my room after check in and looked like bodily fluids on one of my blankets, Hotel had plenty of empty rooms in the hotel, they put someone in the room under ours knowing I had my toddler grandchildren, and then wants to call my room becaise they were walking around(their toddlers) playing saying the people umderneat was complaing, again there was plent of EMPTY rooms not umder mine, and I stay at this hotel frequently, worst experience ive ever had.....
