"This was a good choice hotel amongst many choices. Right on the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent and dinner and evening meals great value and super tasty. Can highly recommend."

"Everything was great cept the staff doesn’t greet you when they pass you by. The elevators were slow and doesn’t make a noise when it’s there. Not all staff speaks or understands english. Their hospitality needs some improvement. Maybe be more friendly and inviting."

"The hotel was well situated along the river, near the Han market and the Dragon Bridge. The neighborhood was very walkable and it was easy to walk to the other side of the river, and I managed to walk to the beach and the train station, but this may not be for everyone. The hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable. I very much enjoyed my room and found it to be spacious and well laid out. The views of the river were spectacular, when it is not too smoggy out. The swimming pool is similar to what is shown in the pictures, but the facility has since become slightly dated. The breakfast was also amazing, with great variety in both Asian and Western dishes. Staff were friendly, and wifi was great. The hotel was slightly more pricey than nearby properties, but I think it was worth the expense. I would recommend this property to others visiting Da Nang and would certainly consider this hotel the next time I am in the city. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very affordable and was well situated near the Han Market, which made it close to the Dragon Bridge and the airport. I was able to walk to the market, the bridge and the beach (although the latter may be a bit far for some). There are also some night markets across the river, which were good to visit, too. At the end of my stay, I was able to walk to the train station in about 30 minutes, which was convenient and great for exploring a bit of Da Nang. The hotel itself was clean and relatively modern. There were some parts that were a bit dated and worn, but otherwise it was a good property. My room was spacious and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that breakfast was not available at this property. Otherwise, the in-suite fridge and safe were convenient, and I especially liked the balcony that came with my room. It was a great way to see the river and relax on a warm spring day. "

"This is a brand new definitely five star restaurant with an excellent buffet in the morning not to be missed. The rooms are modern in every sense with fantastic views of the Han River. There are two pools one on the top of the 45th floor with a fantastic view of the city. Occasion was good and we will stay there again."

"Great location across from My Khe beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop pool and restaurant were also very nice. "

"Had no Issues staying at this Hotel. Perfect Location to walk to the Dragon Bridge as they followed through a gave me a room facing the tail end of the Dragon which was fine, just means i had to walk over. Also a 15min walk was the Han Market, so Location was Perfect. Staff were very attentive and always caring and would always ask if help was needed. Thank You to the Staff Members Tien, Tuan and Huyen. Grateful to have had great service. Breakfast was delicious as well. Would recommend and stay here again in the Future. They were alao helpful with Booking Trips like Ba Na Hills and Hue City Trips from the Hotel."

"I travel a lot and I had arrived from a so called 5 Star hotel in Hanoi, which certainly did not deserve 5 Stars, so I was not sure what I was going to expect. The Crown Plaza, Danang is a relatively new property. It is near the Han River and a short taxi ride to the beach. There are plenty of options for eating and drinking very close to the hotel. The rooms are a good size, especially the bathroom, which has plenty of room to move around. We had a River View room on the 23rd floor and the view was terrific. The buffet breakfast has a large variety of dishes and an excellent staff. A shout out to Tomas and Daisy in the restaurant who looked after us very well. Also the reception staff, and Lucy(?), who were very helpful and friendly. I plan to be back in Danang in a few months and will definitely stay again."
