Property was under heavy construction. I wasn't aware of this when I booked it. It smelled like paint. Lots of construction stuff everywhere. Pool was being remodeled rooms halls and no restaurant

We liked three things only: the valet (very nice guy), the location near the beach, and the bed. It was one of the least pleasant hotels that we have ever stayed in 50 years of marriage!

There is an active construction in the hotel. Not safe for kids! The chemicals are at everywhere. There was a false fire alarm triggered in the morning. Horrible experience!

Great staff particularly Josh the night valet. Hotel is undergoing construction so a lot of dusty mess, crew members, and noise. Front doors seem thin as you can hear everybody walking through the halls and constant sounds of neighbor doors opening and closing. Easy walk to the beach. Nice balcony and views. Convenient sundry shop 24 hrs with alcohol options. Pet friendly with treats. Bar closes too early 9:30 or 10:30 on weekends. Free coffee in lobby. Very wheelchair accessible with automatic lobby door and easy disabled parking. Easy to take the stairs if you don’t like elevators. Overall very nice stay. Will be really great once renovations are completed!

It would have been nice to know that the property was under construction. Had we been aware that may have changed where we stayed. We travelled with a baby so the loud construction noise was not ideal for nap time. The door to our room had a big gap under it so the light from the hallway shined in at night. The shower door in our room did not close fully. We left the room all day our second day and the room still had not been cleaned by the time we returned. We had to go ask for more towels and empty our own garbages.

The property is under complete renovation they need to tell people when they book. It ruined our spring break the worse service jackhammers, fire alarms, pool that is falling apart I’m so upset I took time off for my kids, and the it’s such a shame that Hilton always this. Sad sad sad that they allow this to happen
