Very old facility, can't keep receiving customers without renovation. Everything is old and deteriorated

Firstly, staff at check in Was extremely helpful and friendly. The property is aging so cleanliness is hard to see in some cases.. The location was very nice. Playground across the street. Restaurant staf was friendly but slow. My main concern was a Toilet that was old and dirty looking that was leaking across the bathroom floor.
