normal stay, feel like homey more than in hotel, bathroom was not good at all, shower is not working well

Bad hotel apartment

No towels provided in bathroom No hangers in cupboard Sewage terrible smell. They said no alternate room available Front office - prime time attendant does not speak English nor hotel staff Only alternate receptionist speak English - seemed nice guy- comes for few hours. My confirmed Orbitz reservation did not mean anything to the reception or remote supervisor he called. After discovering horrible room - they would not let me cancel the room. Contacted orbitz by email and got a reply to place International call to customer service after a day by the time I checked out Orbitz need to refund my money
