We found bed bugs in our room. The desk staff was super helpful in helping us with a new room.

Checked into our room the first day and we noticed the floors around the beds were not vacuumed. There were bits of toilet paper? around the ground. We found hair on the bathroom floors and the towels provided. The bedsheets provided were stained already and had holes in them. This has been the most unclean booking I’ve had in the Dallas area.
