I hadn't stayed at the Mansion for 20 years, but they still remembered me. Wonderful rooms and property, but it makes little sense to me that we had to find room service in order to order drinks in sitting on the patio because the restaurant closes 3 hours before the bar opens!

Property was underwhelming for the price. Some of staff was not very accommodating.

Simply the best! Even though we were there a short time, I would return in a heartbeat. Beautiful, great service, wonderful decorations, fantastic staff, and an overall outstanding experience. We truly only ordered room service, but it was truly delicious (except for the pizza wraps… not very tasty and strange). We will come again!

This is such a beautiful hotel but the customer service really puts it over the top. We enjoyed the bar and the spa on our quick trip and both were great. The grounds are beautiful… we will be back.
