Staff was excellent and did everything they could to make our stay exceptional. One exception was that the dish washer was leaking from bottom compartment. Staff immediately addressed issue.

The only thing I didn’t like was getting charged again by the hotel after everything was paid for on Expedia then having to wait a week before it was placed back on my card.

April was phenomenal at the front desk and took care of us. Hot tub wasnt working

When reservations are messed up and they charge u

My reservation for what i booked was incorrect. They say it was their mistake and they will fix it at no additionalcharge, but is trying to charge more than my booking price
