Arrived a little early and room wasn’t ready, said they would take my cell number and put me in “the Q”. Said as soon as room was ready they would text me. Check in is 4pm and still hadn’t heard by 4:30 we go back to hotel. Front desk says we didn’t have you in Q and then looks again and says oh we had you in “Q” not sure why you never got text and number was confirmed.

I didn't want an "Accessable" room with a roll-in shower, but that's what they gave me. As soon as I got to the room I called down to request a different room, but they wouldn't give me a different one, they said the "hotel was full". That's BS! I hadn't touched anything in the room, it was 5 PM, they could've given the room to someone else. Why did it matter to me? I'm a widow &the last few years hubby always needed the "accessable" rooms. Too many memories are tied to those rooms.
