We just moved from Oregon and had to get a room for my elderly parents for a few nights until our house was ready. This was a comfortable , friendly, clean, and convenient place for their stay. Thornton Knocke was incredibly kind and helpful getting us checked in, answering all our questions, and extending our stay - twice!

A wonderful very modern, clean, affordable hotel in a very safe area. My sister had a Lumpecty at a hospital nearby. She had a slight procedure on Sunday and the procedure the next day. (Early check-in time), We decided to just spend the night. It was so clean, nice, and modern. We really enjoyed our stay, despite the circumstances. Very affordable, too. We appreciated that at this time.

There was an odor in the room that wasn’t in the hall. We were required to leave an additional $100 at check in and told it would be refunded on check out. It wasn’t and they said they could not explain because all billing was done from headquarters. We were told at heart hospital that they would give a discount because we were there for treatment, but they did not know about that either. We have many more trips in the next year and will find another place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time it seemed to decline in condition. Staff is fabulous and so friendly but rooms are worn. The last time I stayed here I ended up in the “old section” of the hotel and there was a three in gap under the hall door and it sounded like my neighbors were sitting/chatting in my room. I’m now trying other hotels in the area.
