I went there but hotel was closed due to weather no power still I’m waiting for refund

Our system was down for a couple of days, but all refunds have been posted. It could take a few days to reflect in your account. Your booking was made through a booking agent you should follow up with them because payments are processed through them.

We enjoyed our brief stay prior to our flight. The bed was incredibly comfortable!
