The bath tub has standing water and so did the sink. The floor in the restroom was not swept. It was trash in the corner and to top it off I did not feel safe. Constantly strange walkers and police cars out front due to disturbances

Property was dirty inside. Trashes were full in the hallways and outside. The room was ok, but there were so many holes patched in the walls and caulking around the bathtub was in bad shape. A/C unit was spotty as well.
