I visited last year and was impressed so I booked again this year. This year was disappointing. The furniture was old, chairs were broken, tables ready to fall apart. Furniture could use upgrade. Outside, the hallways were dirty, parking lot dirty, trash bins were always full everywhere and smelly. I love the swimming pools and utilized them every day. They were wonderful. The gas grills around the compound need thorough cleaning and some were not working or difficult to start the gas to come on. Those gas grills look like they have never been cleaned. So, new furniture, cleaner outside, gas grills need cleaning and I will continue to come back to visit. I have grandkids so I try to visit every year. Thanks for listening.

The inside of the unit was very nice and one I would stay in again. The hallway was another story. It could use a round of cleaning to spruce it up. I was surprised the unit was so nice after the first time seeing the hallway to get there. Second, the communication is terrible. I had 2 different addresses sent to me as my unit and didn't really know until I was at the building. VERY confusing and needlessly so. Without that snafu I would have rated this much higher.

Location great but needs better lighting.

This was a studio apartment KASA but size was fine. We had some trouble finding the correct building as the buildings were not labeled well. Once we located it though it was super convenient to everything. The issues we had were inside the KASA. The lighting was horrible. Several lights did not work and several of those that did had LED bulbs that were very dim. Even using the slider did not help the lighting. The other issue was the shower curtain rod. It was not an extension rod and it was not mounted so it fell several times while my husband tried to shower. Also hotter water would have been great. Overall the price and location were great and with a couple minor fixes it would have been 5 star.
