Great customer service, clean and in the back of the hotel is the Boardwalk with several restaurants to choose from and a beautiful view of a pond.

The entry area downstairs was very fancy, but you get up to the room and the entry light was burned out and the sofa material caught my attention because it was so thin and worn looking. The desk phone wasn't plugged in so we couldn't call down to the desk to ask a question. Also, we were informed that breakfast was $22 per person!!! We went to McDonald's instead...I can say that we felt the hotel was very overpriced and we likely wont be back.

Everything at thia hotel was great except, House keeping. I left a $10 tip on the counter in the AM and when I returned that evening the $10 was gone but the room was not made up. Told the 2 house keepers down rhe hall and they said they would take care of it sortly. Than they disappeared. Had to speak to the front desk. I don't spend the money to stay at the Hilton to make my own bed! The pandemic has been over for years!

I am sorry about that. We have returned back from covid and go to every room every day unless there is a do not disturb. They do a light cleaning which should include making the bed. I have your room number and dates of stay so I will relay those on to the housekeeping team to handle. Hopefully that hasn't soured you on us for the future.

nee to add automatic coffee/latte machines. the personnel, as well as the waiting time to get a Starbucks coffee is horrible!!!

Great Service. Beautiful hotel, wonderful area, very family friendly and extremely clean. Will continue to stay at this hotel exclusively when in Plano.
