Large, lots of activity, like being in a small town. Bathroom was small.

Lots of kids in the adults only side of the pool while me and my wife were trying to relax. Hotel tried to charge us for valet even though we self parked and had to argue with them to get it refunded. Food and drinks outrageously overpriced and food was just ok. Could’ve stayed at a Double Tree and gotten the same experience. Hotel itself was beautiful though especially inside the atrium.

My biggest disappointment was the water pressure of lack there of. To take a bath or shower took forever. First night there wasn’t any hot water. Second night it took 35mins to fill half a bath. Our first night the AC wouldn’t go below 72. Reported to front desk and maintenance came right away and fixed us up. The guest rooms seem dated compared to the rest of the facility. There were several conventions going on at the same time and I felt the whole resort handled it well. I did fall my second night on a lime someone had discarded on the tile floor next to the ballroom o believe it was called. 2 employees seen and scooped the lime right up but didn’t check to see if I was okay or anything. Which was a bit disappointing and I did report this to the front desk. Thankfully I had my husbands arm and primarily landed on my left knee otherwise I would of been flat on my back from as fast as I was walking and as slick as the piece of lime was against the tile.

Terrible service. Checking in the gentleman was on his phone and wasn’t very pleasant.

Beautiful property, the refurbished tower is amazing. All the staff that we met were friendly and professional. The fitness center is sad and run down. It does not reflect well in comparison to the rest of the facility. The Media Bar and Grill is wonderful for breakfast but lunch and dinner are pretty awful.
