The only "complaint" is that there is a $16 per night parking fee in what used to be a free lot.

There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival and after it was cleaned.

The service staff is remarkable. Abraham and Cynthia were excellent. The facility even offers free breakfast and Happy Hour. Although it is conveniently located right next to Dallas Love Airport, there is no sound of airplanes flying overhead. They even have a shuttle to drive folks back and forth to the airport. Abraham, the shuttle driver, was especially helpful and guided us around the vicinity, since we were from out of state. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay complete with a manager sponsored happy hour, airport shuttle to DAL.
