The pool was closed twice during the stay for reasons unknown. Our room wasn't cleaned one day. The staff just doesn’t seem happy. When I checked in I mentioned I use to work for Hilton and the check in agent didn't acknowledge anything other than what was necessary. Nobody acknowledged us even to say hello. Originally i tried to cancel this because of an emergency. The front office manager Kiera was so rude and lack any empathy at all. It took calling the AGM to resolve the issue and I could have cancelled it without penalty. Ultimately we stayed and we stayed but the manager lacked any empathy or any ability to make any decision. Hilton gives managers the ability to make things right for guests but she chose not to and we had to escalate an issue that really didn't need to be at all if she had taken ownership of it.

Embassy Suits is no longer a high-end hotel to pay the premium I paid. Although the room is clean, the phone was not working and room service to replinish supplies did'nt happen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Frisco Embassy Suites by Hilton, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s ambiance is both elegant and welcoming, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.
The suites are incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the separate living area, which made it feel more like a home away from home.
One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The variety and quality of the options were impressive, catering to a range of dietary preferences. The made-to-order omelets were a delicious touch.

I am amazed by this location, one of the best hotels that I haved stayed at. I enjoyed the service from the staff, amazing parking, good food, nice scenery. I also enjoyed the vibe and how managemwnt provided great service for me. If I ever need a hotel in this area. I will definitely comeback again.
Also, I got a good nights rest each night, the room was wonderful. I did not need a cooler, the view was nice! The bed was very comfortable and I was in heaven. Nice hot water, great short distance to events nearby like for food. Again, I am beyond grateful for everything, thank you so much.
