I have never had a more unpleasant experience with the staff of a hotel than I did at the Drey. There was a severe lack of customer service and minimal effort to accommodate guest requests. Not only were they not courteous or responsive, they were flat out rude. Zero sense of urgency or care about their patrons. Seemed like they were all just there to sit around and any requests were treated as an inconvenience to their leisure time.

This our first time staying here and we loved it. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious. We will definitely be back.

Everything is perfect only I missed the pool, it was closed and I think they were notified.

Superb, little gem hotel. Impeccably clean with modern, well appointed rooms. The bathroom set up was so beautiful that I took a photo in case I redo one at home. Staff is attentive and helpful, and an amazing gym complex right next door. The only thing to note is that, in a suburban area, Sunday night dining options are limited if you don't have a car. I would very definitely stay here whenever I am again in Dallas.

No food options around the hotel on mondays
