Equipment and maintenance were sub par. TV was not hooked up necessary equipment, although staff member tried to assist, they were unable because they were the only staff member available for front desk as well. Also, phone was not hooked up in room to call front desk. We moved to a different room. Still saw evidence of DIY maintenance throughout the hotel.

Manager promised us a refund for our stay and waited until we left then spoke with Expedia and refused the refund. The hotel is dirty disgusting run down stinks the pool is disgusting the manager is a creep and makes you feel very unsafe. The elevator makes odd noises and skips

The entire building is run down and dirty. The place stinks and everything feels sticky. The tubs are stained brown due to lack of upkeep. The pillows were also stained or just dirty. Also overheard one of the people at the front desk tell a customer the nightly rate is always $59 however on experion it was $130 a night.

Overall very clean which was very nice, without leaving too big of a hole in my pocketbook. Would stay there again.

Elevators are broke which was kinda an issue when in town for baseball tournament with longs of equipment , our floor had a very overwhelming scent of pot but seemed to be temporary, beds and room were good, BUT word of warning if planning on using pull put bed, its not really a bed its a black mat that is not comfortable at all, they dont provide sheets for.

Attendants on duty were polite and informative. The lady in the breakfast area did a fantastic job helping the customers as necessary and the food was tasty. It made my stay great. I'd definitely recommend that location.
