There were bugs crawling in the room and the carpets were wet. The room had a funky smell to it.

I asked for the room to be cleaned and sheets changed. They just pulled up the old sheets to make it look nice. I know because my leg had a cut and I had blood on the sheets so I could tell they wasn’t changed. Bugs in bathroom. Drain in bathroom was broken

The WiFi was not working properly so very difficult to work with my laptop. Some of the staff are not friendly and really did not care to assist customers.

Originally I booked the suite and when I checked in well the air didn’t work in the room and I was told we can bring some fans up because we are booked up and I don’t know what you want me to do. i was so upset because if I’m on vacation why would I want to pay that much money and be in the heat.
