I had such a great time staying at this resort! You get both mountain (Cang Shan) and water view (Er Hai).

This is a nice and big hotel. Staff is friendly. The Chinese restaurant as well as the breakfast buffet is very good. I would consider staying here again.

Disappointing and not worth the price

For the big amount of money we have paid for the stay we are very disappointed. Your hotel is not in good order and no maintenance is done since it was built. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working. No one spoke a word English despite this is supposed to be a 5 star international hotel.

Great experience in beautiful setting.

Beautiful setting overlooking Erhai Lake. Spacious rooms with large balconies. Great gym and indoor pool. The hotel is set on a large campus with a front garden that has space for lounging. The breakfast buffet is extensive with fresh juices, local Chinese specialties and Western items as well. Service is very good as the staff responded quickly to needs.

We booked 5 rooms. The room are nice, staff are helpful and friendly. However, one of our room the tv remote was not working, and there is a day where one of the twin beds not made. One of the room the cleaner did not removed some dirty tissues paper. We need to walk about 10 minutes to find food outside the hotel. However, these are just some minor issues, our overall stay in the hotel is still excellent.

Hotel was beautiful, with amazing views of the town and Erhai Lake. Staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. Room was huge, and the buffet dinner at Spices restaurant was amazing.

The property is in a delightful location, easily accessible from both Dali railway station and airport, very handy for Dali Old Town, and is a joy in itself in terms of guestrooms, restaurants, public areas, and grounds.
