Our room had a spa which was difficult to use my my husband couldn’t gave a shower
Reception was too welcoming

I'm uncertain as to what the difficulty was with the spa - You fill the tub with water to the indicated line and push the on button - It's in good working order currently as I have just checked.Regardless, you could've asked us for help and I'm sure reception would've been very accommodating as we're all trained to do. It's not our business to be unfriendly to customers, so again we are confused about the review.

The only thing I did not like was the fan in the bathroom blow cold air and made it cold in the shower
