The TV did not work at all. The water in the shower was terrible. My daughters had no hope at all of being able to wash their hair. There is a sticky tap washer on the hot water tap which meant that the hot water did not work for a few minutes are being turned on.

Oh Craig! We are quite devastated that you had problems when staying at our gorgeous little motel. I have to ask - did you contact reception about your problems? I suspect not. Firstly - the TV. The tvs work absolutely fine and are checked regularly BUT ...Guests tend to change the settings sometimes which is very frustrating for us, and means they do not work for the next user.The hot water? The gas systems are a fair way from some of the rooms (I don't know which room you were in) and can take a while to warm up. They too work absolutely fine. A call to reception on the in-house phone could have quickly sorted all your concerns. We are so glad you have alerted us now, but so very sad that it is (a) too late to fix them for you and (b) that you have given us such a dreadful review. It is very damaging to our business especially as we work so hard to offer the best possible stay for our guests, and I think you will find that the reviews reflect this. Our sincere apologies and best wishes. Jane

A great stay but found the shower water pressure was extremely weak. Otherwise very good. Thank you

The only annoying thing was the early leavers who were very loud both mornings.

The couple that run the motel are obliging, nothing is to much trouble, and the breakfast is good and value for money. Would recommend if stayimg in Dalby

Very spacious,clean and tidy, Very well equipped. Maybe,a toaster would have been handy but understand they can cause issues with smoke alarms. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
