The room and bed are just in the fine category. The bathroom and shower are a disaster, with broken shower head and leaking/running toilet. The lighting in bathroom is horrible.

Reasonable only

Good restaurant. Rooms ok but lacking maintenance. Swimming pool not very clean.

Hi Scott, Thank you for taking the time to rate and review our resort. I am sorry to hear though that you thought the pool was not very clean. The swimming pool is cleaned from 6 AM until 7.30 AM, 7 days a week. It is chlorinated, hoovered and scrubbed in that 1.5 hour period. The pump is also on for 18 hours a day too. I am not entirely sure what room you stayed in, but if there was a problem you came across in your room, then we always ask the guest to inform us as soon as possible so that we can fix it. It's a nice place. With good location and nice restaurant. I had booked my partner in to one of the newer rooms. She had complained to the reception about having. O TV signal for night time and the WiFi being really bad but no one came to fix her TV and she had no TV all night and WiFi might as well have been non existent. Apart from this it is generally a nice place to stay.

Hi Thank you for taking the time to rate and review our resort. Firstly let me apologies if your partner did not have TV in her room when she stayed. It is not as simple of getting a member of staff to fix the signal reception for the cable TV, we have to get the company that deals with our cable TV in to fix any problems. Reception staff would have informed the company in the morning via the phone, but they then take at least a day or two before they come out to fix any issues. As for the Wi-Fi that one is a mystery for us, as we have a very good signal throughout the resort with very fast speeds for the Philippines. Usually 10 Mb/s. We check this most days as we know how important the Internet is for our guests. Thank you though for your other kind comments. We do appreciate your time writing a review, as we take every review on board whether negative or positive, we strife to improve the resort.

The bed, 2 twin beds pushed together. The sheet was to small for the bed. Bed side tables would be nice.

We were very busy when you stayed and were limited to the beds available, and the room you stayed in usually is a twin bed room, but we are very approachable and would have changed it should you insisted. I will talk to housekeeping to find out why the sheets were too small, this is the first time I have heard someone mentioning to us. I will also consider your suggestion about putting bedside tables in the room too. Thank you for that suggestion. Matt

Overnight Stay

Location is good. Although beach is not that clean but were so thankful of the swimming pool with a roof.

Hi Aline, Thank you so much for taking the time to rate and write a review our resort. We really appreciate it. We do try our very best to keep the beach clean, but it takes a lot of man hours to do, and last weekend as you would have seen we were very busy with most rooms booked out and so I concentrated the housekeeping staff on the rooms for the guests.
