The hotel is not worth $140 a night, It’s more Like a $70 a night hotel. I have travelled to 44 countries (IG: travelbyanymeans), and have stayed in many hotels. Pro Dinner buffer was ok, did not go to breakfast. Bed was comfortable The shower was nice and hot (Yessss) The lobby, bar, pool areas are are ok Cons 1. The sheets and towels were clean, but they were dingy. 2.The location is not good for a first time visitor/tourist. There are no bars, restaurants, etc, around the hotel. But, you can easily hail down a taxi in front of the hotel. 3. In general the staff needs customer service training. For example, I had a problem with the safe in my room. I had to go to the front desk 2 times to ask if someone was coming to check the safe. One hour had gone by. No urgency, no concern, no service recovery. I must give thanks to Ibrahim and Moda (the bartender) were exceptional. This hotel definitely has potential.
