"My only “complaint” and it isn’t really a big deal, were the laundry amenities. Because it’s such a large hotel with many guests, it can be difficult to find an open washing machine without having to wait. Other than that it was a great experience and a wonderful hotel."

"This hotel is among the best in Tokyo. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. Great location, in my opinion. Being in terminal 3 it was so easy to get to the check in counters. We are definitely going to stay there again."

"The toilet in my room smelled as if someone dripped on the floor, which was carpet. Both my husband and I smelled it. Everywhere else was clean and neat. The rest(staffs, guests, food…) were very good to great. Staffs were very polite and helpful. JR line from Tokyo Station was almost empty."

"Everything was perfect, we travelled with a 11 month old, and it was extremely awesome. The King bed isnt a regular king it was ginormous and Im 6’5 220lb. you could’ve had 4 of me on that bed. Highly recommend, it’s pretty close to everything too"
