Very pleasant staff, nice rooms, lots of options in breakfast buffet, great location across from the beach. There is a nice pool overlooking the beach so it’s very nice view overall. Walking distance to a restaurant called Diner 66 that has western options (mashed potatoes and gravy!). The beach walk is beautiful as well. We rented scooters through the hotel so it was simple to arrange plus they helped arrange transportation to the airport and then from Hanoi airport to Ha Long. I am glad we stayed at Serene Hotel for our 7 night stay.

Great location from the beach! The staff was very friendly, and the rooms along with the hotel was exceptionally clean. Thank you!

Dirty windows to the point you can’t see outside,also front staff tried to keep my deposit, she said I need to see the receipt in order to give you back the deposit, I went off and sure enough I got my deposit,

Toilet leaking. TV system is backdated need to use 2 remote control. The room is not soundproof, can hear the sound outside. Location is good. Just opposite the beach. But, there is no good restaurant beside the hotel.

Daniel and the rest of the staff are amazing! They have excellent customer service and are genuine in their desire to be helpful. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend friends and family to stay here. The best customer service we've ever had, anywhere, for anything
