Nice little hotel located within 5 mins walk to My Khe beach. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet included.

Filthy Hotel and Lazy Staff

Do yourself a favour and dont stay here. The hotel is in a great spot but that's where it ends. This was my fifth time in Vietnam but the staff at this hotel are a disgrace. It has nothing to do with the language barrier, it has to do with service, which is non existent. The hotel was dirty and what they offered on Hotels is not correct. We had a balcony room, which consisted of a 5 inch ledge. The breakfast was very average. The room was dirty and we had to ask for it to be serviced at 3.30pm in the afternoon. The passage as my photos will show was disgustingingly filthy and stained. They boast a a Gym, which is in the bar area,which by the way is never manned. Overall save your money and book one of the hundreds of other hotels.

Dear Mr Nola Begg, First of all, we would like to appology for our mistake service that making you have bad experience while you stay with us. We hope you can accept our appology and give us a time for improving our service day by day. Secondly, We would like to explain our mistake that make you feel our hotel is dirty and lazy staff. As my customer service position we understand our behave and service is a way that making customer happy when stay in our hotel. The bar on rooftop was on a way fixing and changing for opening spa and massage service, so that maybe a litle dirty when you coming on swimming but i will make sure this problem will be not happen again in the future. Moreover, FOR the room service will be delay on 3.30pm because the housekeeping was knock your door in the morning for cleaning but you was sleeping. So they keeping running their job for cleaning another room until you wake-up. We do not make sure the room will be cleaning at exactly time but we will making sure your room will be cleaning everyday. We think you was missunderstand for us for making you think we are lazy cleaning your room. But we are not. Hope you can understanding our explain and happy with our appology. I believe this problem will be our experience for improving our service in the future. Thank you so much for your review. I Amber.

good location w reasonable price, there are many restaurants around, breakfast ok but can be improved, room is relatively big,

Descent hotel wit a lot nearly places to go ie: spa, beach, souvenior, town..

スタッフはとてもフレンドりーで親切、いろいろなことに対応して頂き感謝の気持ちでホテルを後にしました。施設の環境はあまりいいとは言えません。朝食のコップはひびが入っていたり、プールの床にいは吸い殻がいくつも落ちていたりで不衛生な感じがしました。お客の質もあるのかもしれません。

The hotel was cozy in a quiet side street in Danang. The room was decorated in a fun and good style with good views of the city. The rest of the hotel facilities and the pool area were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was not western. Hard to find places to eat nearby.

Actually, many resraurant and shop near by us but maybe our receptionist was busy at that time and forget to mention it to you. This is our problem. We will talk with our staff about this and will not let this problem happen in the next time. Secondly, on the rooftop was on the way to repaired for our new opening massage so, this have a bit messy that our receptionist was not mention to you when you check-in. We will make sure the information will be inform to our next guest that helping the guest understand our situation at this time. Lastly, Thank you so much for your point that help us improving our service in the future.

저녁 비행기라 다낭에 근처에 있는 저렴한 곳을 알아보다가 예약했어요. 미케비치 근처에 있고요. 작아서 잘 몰라요. 꼭 그랩부르고 이동하시길.. 여기에 숙소를 잡은 이유는 공항 드랍서비스가 무료라고 해서 예약한건데 프론트에 저녁에 체크아웃한다고 드랍 요청했더니 알겠다고 프리라며 이야기 하더니 막상 저녁되니 다른 직원이 있더라고요. 내려가서 드랍 이야기 하면서 적어놓은거 보여줬더니 알겠다고 하더니 택시를 불러줬네요. 저 처럼 드랍, 픽업때문에 이용하시는분은 생각해보시길.. 바래요.그냥 작고 쉬는데는 문제없었는데 중국인이 좀 많고 옥상에 수영장은 정말...작아요. 그건 포기하시는게.. 방에 리모컨이 에어컨인줄 알았는데 이상한소리가 봐서 봤더니 식당에 천정에 있을법한 커다란 선풍기가 휙휙돌아가서 놀랬네요. 벽에 에어컨은 있어요. 리모컨은 없고 참고하세요.
