This place has everything needed for a stress-free vacation; everyday housekeeping, clean towels, a couple of bottles of water (which are needed), efficient air conditioning. Staff is very helpful and attentive, the whole place kept very clean. Central location, close to Night Market and hundreds of restaurants, cafés and bistros. Highly recommended.

This property is centrally located but also tucked away enough from the main road for a more homey feeling. Check-in was spectacular. The room was very comfortable, updated and clean. They readily provided me with lots of useful information on food as well as possible tours & visits nearby. The food recommendations were especially top-notch. I didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked beautiful. The An Bang beach Is just 4km away and old town very close. Someone was always available at the entrance.

NuNi was very economical, friendly staff, close to all areas and open to arrange for anything we needed (bikes, transport, etc). Lovely deck.

We are a family of 5 that rented 2 spacious rooms. The family that owns the hotel is so warm and helpful. The facilities are very clean with cute decor. We loved being able to have coffee on the terrace each morning and my kids loved the banana pancakes. Amazing value as well! Short walk to Old Town, many great restaurants within a 10 min walk, and short drive to beach. We felt so comfortable during our weeklong stay and wish we had longer at Nu Ni.

Great place to stay

As soon as we arrived and checked in, the host sat us down and told us about all the places we could potentially visit during our stay. The homestay itself was right in the centre so it was very easy to get to the ancient town and was only a 15-20 min cycle to An Bang Beach. Would deffo stay here again if ever we are back in Hoi an

Friendly and helpful staffs.
Property is clean. Its in a corner, in a narrow street, off the main road so was abit difficult to find.
Location is good. Close to local cafe, bars and eating places and very close walk to Hoi An old town.

If you are choosing a Homestay while your in Hanoi highly recommend NuNi. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a perfect spot to stay

AMAZING hotel outstanding service
Posted 15 Jul 2023 on HotelsOne of the best hotels weve stayed during our southeast asia trip (6 months in). Very spacious clean and comfortable beds. The staff is so friendly and helpful with tours and booking. It is a couple minutes walk to old town and so convenient in the location. They arranged our airport pickup which was a reasonable rate and met us on the street since we probably would have been confused on arrival if we didnt know the hotel is down a little path from the street. We rented bicycles and did laundry and breakfast was delicious. It was nice that the pool was indoors to get a break from the sun. Cant recommend this hotel enough I believe it is the best in the area especially for the price

The service at Nu Ni was excellent, location was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, booked all of our tours through the homestay. They charge everything to your room which makes it very simple. Loved it.
