The staff were very lovely. If you are a family, you need a Level room. They are very good. The beach is beautiful and the breakfast was very good. It’s an easy distance from the airport and the Marble Mountain is easy walking distance which was a really great way to spend a morning.

It's a great place to rest and recharge. Breakfast buffet options were plentiful and fresh. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The beach was clean but cannot be used because of high waves.

I really must say, after all the resorts i have visited, the entire staff from front desk, to room cleaners, bar tenders, roaming staff, and especially the dining room staff, are all simply amazing. You can feel their sincerity in their voices when you are being helped. There is nothing fake about this property employees. "Good" people in general, will feel the experience in their hearts when they relax and just take it all in. Bless these people when they have to deal with rude, self centered, and people who think they are always entitled. They speak their language, if it is difficult for you to deal with and or understand, go somewhere else. Best resort by far that I have had the pleasure to stay at.

Some of the staff members were super helpful, polite and kind. Especially I would like to say thank to Ms Hang, Ms Jasmine and Mr Tan. These staff members made our stay more special. The infinite pool is so beautiful and the beach has the most peaceful view I ever had. Every afternoon, we used the pool and it was the perfect way to finish up each day. We stayed 6 nights and every day the breakfast was full of variety selection. One thing I suggest to change is let the Grab drivers drop the delivery to the reception area especially when the weather is so bad.
