Staff was nice, breakfast was great. A little loud at night because of the clubs on the beach, but not too loud. We did end up losing a wash cloth we used on an excursion. They ended up charging us $2 for it no big deal, but since they decided to charge us for that they missed out on the $5 tip we give the front desk.

The location is good but being infront of fews lounges with music blasting it was abit noisy at night

I loved the hotel & staff. But I was not offered a room upgrade. When I asked they didn’t know what I was referring to & suggested that I pay for the upgrade.

View was great. Service is great too. Overall the hotel is pretty good in all aspects.
Just that the air conditioning is not cold at all. The experience will be much better if the air conditioning is cold enough. Temperature of the air conditioning is set at 16 to 20 degrees throughout because no matter how we adjusted the controller, it still feels like 25 degrees in general. The control to the air conditioning did not affect the room temperature at all. it feels like its a fixed controlled temperature through out the whole building itself. Can be exceptionally hot in summer when you just have a fun day at the beach under the hot sun.
