Excellent Service and Rooms.
Posted 30 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe service was impeccable. We had told them we had 1 vegetarian at check in and they remembered and accommodated us throughout our stay. At breakfast, they confirmed all our bookings and plans and made sure everything was arranged as requested.

A French colonial property, refreshed with modern conveniences. Room size is decent for where it is within the Old Quarter. Front desk staff and all hotel staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help us. Would return for longer stay.

Lovely staff members, beautiful spacious and clean room. Air con works perfectly for a very hot and humid climate. Highly recommend allowing the hotel to book your taxi cab from and to the airport as they charge a fair price. Do not jump into a random cab from the airport as they will take advantage and over charge you. The hotel will even book tours for you. Highly recommend!

Old world charm.

Breakfast was delicious, linen tablecloths were changed between set of guests and nothing was too much trouble.
Loved this place.

Fantastic location with easy walk to Old town and night markets and convenience stores and great bakery nearby.
Our room was decent size with a large walk in bathroom and rainfall shower which was delightful after long hot walk.
Pool area was small and could do with a bit more seating but pleasant gardens and peaceful. Has an honesty box for cold beer/drinks etc which was very handy.
Staff were most helpful - booking taxis and show as well as lots of useful advice.
Only real miss for me was the breakfast both in quantity and quality on offer. Could get made to order eggs (great) and noodles (avoid!) but overall not a great breakfast. We bought pastries and coffee from the nearby bakery for breakfast.

Nice hotel in a good location with bikes
Posted 21 May 2023 on HotelsNice little hotel an easy walk to the Ancient Town. Has a beautiful pool. Rooms were fine as well, if lacking a few of the modern touches - but perfectly good for this class of hotel. They have bicycles for use free of charge, which made popping to the tailors for fittings super duper easy. And popping to Nourish Eatery for lunch super duper easy. I’d stay again

We loved our stay at Hoi An Central. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was great and the ambiance was very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great boutique feel
