Located right in front of the beach :) very convenient location as there are a lot of supermarket right behind the hotel. Breakfast was very good as there is a lot of selection.

Despite a delayed check in, we really enjoyed our stay at HAIAN. It was both walkable to the beach and also to restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and spacious. And the kids loved the swimming pool. We would stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The pool was very clean, the view from the pool was nice. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options. Room was clean. Complementary afternoon tea with cakes, fruits, coffee and tea. Front desk hostess and bellmen were nice and attentive. Highly recommended!!

Staff was friendly and great customer service but at times no hellos or how are you’s sometimes help from the bellboys and the maids friendly people but desk wasn’t all that could do better so train people to smile more and greet people but not be fake because you can tell when someone is fake and the manager of the property don’t hide behind the desk I saw you and don’t even ask us how our stay was that was pretty shameful but everyone has there own opinions and I won’t be staying there again
