I checked in here because it was relatively highly rated and inexpensive. Full disclosure: I only stayed a few hours because I had a late flight.
I found the room to be small (even by Da Nang standards) and somewhat dimly lit.
Having spent 6 weeks at other hotels in the My Khe beach area, this was the most disappointing.

I came for Danang Marathon. I came back to the same hotel becos it is nearer to the race venue. Simple, clean comfortable hotel. Some new eateries and shops nearby. Walking distance to beach.

Breakfast is until 10am. I was having my breakfast at 9am, the staff begun to keep all the food. I don't have a chance for second helping. When asked must I pay for entrance fee to Ba Na hill golden bridge, the manager told me it is FOC. but I had to pay 700,000 dong in order to get in. I am very disappointed with the poor service and poor knowledge. There are room to improve.

First of all I would like to thank you for taking the time to write this review of the Green House Hotel.
I was very upset to see your complaint, but maybe you should have misunderstanding in your communication. Our staffs had informed you that the price of Ba Na cable car is 700,000 VND / per person, and when you go to the top of the mountain, you will be visiting the Golden Bridge, and you do not have to pay extra fees for visiting the Golden Bridge.
About the breakfast, we really sincerely apologize to you for this, the restaurant staff actually tried their best to support and serve you breakfast because you were the last guest of that breakfast. I did not know that you were disappointed with your breakfast, I sincerely apologize for that.
On behalf of the Green House team, I would like to sincerely apologize to you again for this disappointment.
We promise to improve the service in the future and I hope to have a chance to welcome you again in the near future.
We certainly will not disappoint you any further.

Friendly and attentive staff, clean and well maintained rooms. Yummy breakfast.
