Great location, large rooms, friendly helpful cheery staff and the roof top pool for a quiet swim each day was a winner for me.

The staffs are very nice, the breakfast is alright.
The problem is the musty smell in the hallway to the room and in the room, the bathroom is small and missing the shower door.

I had to leave another hotel to come to this hotel Because the Internet at the previous Hotel was horrible but this place it was excellent and the staff was so nice and for the price with a free breakfast buffet it was well worth the place to stay

Excellent Value for Money.

Good views of the city (including partial view of Dragon Bridge) from the roof top pool

Excellent manager and 5* service
Posted 24 Jun 2023 on HotelsExcellent personalised service with welcome board when entering room. Management was brilliant and so was breakfast staff. They took extra care of us with our halal dietary needs addressed. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Manager went above and beyond for us.

The spa is closed and there is no welcome drink as advertised. Neither of these were important to me. I would stay there again.
