Loved the helpfulness of all the staff. The pool area is great for relaxing and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Really nice place to go and unwind and would definitely come back.

The facilities are 5 stars but not the rooms in my view. I would put maximum 4 stars for the rooms.

I stayed at the Almanity for four days. I can't think of any negatives with the hotel, except that the spa services are relatively expensive, which I'm sure is the case with most resorts vs independent spas.
The location was very good, about a 12 minute walk to Old Town. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and very good AC. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety of Asian and Western options, as well as variety from day to day in the Asian options. The pool area is fantastic, with lots of lounge chairs.
I will definitely stay at the Almanity again when I return to Hoi An.

I recently stayed at wonderful Almanity hotel that exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was beautifully furnished offering comfort, with a nice view that added to the overall experience. The hotel’s amenities, including gym and spa, were top-notch. Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of exquisite dishes prepared to perfection. The location was ideal, conveniently situated near major attractions and easily accessible. Overall, this hotel provided an unforgettable experience, combining exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier hotel experience

Lovely hotel and staff were great but corridors noisy, you can hear people moving furniture. Also quite a bit of construction work going on right at the side of the hotel.

Quality service and perfectly located
Posted 28 Nov 2023 on HotelsA brilliant 3-night stay. Don't be put off by the fact it's on a main road, as it's set back enough to not hear any traffic, remaining peaceful and resort-like. It's just a 10-minute stroll into the old town which has so much to offer. Service was great throughout. We ate out every night as there are so many great restaurants in Hoi An, so can't comment on the evening meals at the hotel, but the breakfasts were really good. We took advantage of some novel activities, like the short daily Tai Chi classes around the pool and a one-on-one Vietnamese language session from the lovely 'No'. The very helpful 'Binh' provided lots of local knowledge and secured us a 10% discount at the best local tailors – 'Tuong Tailor'. And we'd really recommend the massages at the spa, they were very professional and left us feeling great. Highly recommend.
