Probably the worst hotel we stayed at in Vietnam
Posted 20 Oct 2019 on HotelsThe hotel is located very well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was such a shame that the staff (which mostly did not speak English) was not kind and welcoming. They insisted not to let us check in the room until the formal check in hour even though we arrived after a long journey and the room was ready (since eventually the ladies at the reception changed and due to language difficulties the let us in by mistake). The staff wasn’t able to help us book tours, transportation or any other service (due to language) and one checked out they were very unwilling even to make a phone call to check for our bus.
The room was equipped with 1 small window overlooking the internal yard of local family which was noisy before 6 am each morning (window open or closed noise was the same) waking us up.

Excuse me, I let you know clearly about the fee before you come through inbox & when you decided not check-in early, the hotel also has the private living room for you to take a rest. My boss let the house keeping clean the room immediatly when the old guest out to have room for you check-in around 9-10am because she saw you guys sleep at the living room. When you asked about bus ticket, we had another meeting so my boss told me about this after & I stayed at the front desk from 5pm but i didn't see you. When you came back at night only asked about laundry service, you didn't say anything about bus ticket so i thought that you already solved it. The last thing is check-out time, every hotel in the world have the same time at 12:00 & on your reservation also noted. Nowhere has check-out time at 14pm or 15pm Sir. My staff also reminded you 3 times about the check-out time is 12:00. Please sympathize us, we very sorry that cant free of charge for early check-in with other room, not the room you booked; cant let you take shower because its already 14:30, passes the formal check-in time of another guest but you still not check-out. If we have less customers, the room you booked empty, we can support you everything but because we're in the center, hot price so the number of guests is constantly, other guests also keep luggage, wait when arrive early if the room not ready & check-out on time to ensure the interests of all customers are the same. Good location, lots of hotels around, ten minute walk to market and lake. I got the bigger room but still seemed a little claustrophobic, but fairly typical.

For the price it wasn’t too shabby, the decor of the room was traditional (not modern), close to the Da Lat market and the lake. Unless you booked a room towards the front of the hotel, you will not get a lakeside view. Every staff was friendly and it felt like a family run business. Free parking for scooters in their underground garage.

A great start to my Vietnam tour.Hotel was located well.Reception cleaning and door staff all cheerful and helpful.Door man booked a grab bike for me.cheap and easy way to get around city.value for money good quality hotel

Posted 4 Jan 2020 on HotelsХороший, недорогой отель в центре города. До ночного рынка рукой подать. В шаговой доступности одна из автобусных станций. В номере было тихо, но холодно. Присутствует все необходимое. Очень приветливый персонал.

Posted 22 Dec 2019 on Hotels친절한 스태프 덕분에 기분좋게 묶었지만 시설 자체는 오래된 호텔이라고 할 수밖에 없습니다. 도로와 인접한 탓에 오토바이와 차량들 소음이 많고 주변 상점 등에서 새벽까지 큰 소리로 음악을 틀고 노래를 불러서 잠을 잘 못자서 불편했습니다. 위치는 나쁘지 않은데 달랏 어디든 택시로 이동해야 하니 좀 떨어진 곳에 조용한 숙소를 잡으시길 권합니다. 전쟁이 나도 잠을 잘 자는 분은 얼마든지 이용하세요.
