First the one thing we didn’t like - there is no elevator and our room was on the second floor. But staff was friendly and check-in and check-out went well. Bed were comfortable, lots of hot water and thick towels for showers. OK breakfast - cereals, bread and toaster, milk, orange juice, coffee, bananas, oranges, cold hard-boiled eggs. Right in the heart of Custer. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. We’d recommend - but ask for a room on the first floor if stairs are an issue.

Well there was a sign saying there's a pool and there was no pool

I don't believe we intentionally had any pool signages posted. We will thoroughly check to rectify this issue as the last thing we want to do is to mislead our valued guests. Overall much better than the price point and I will stay there again if in Custer. The only negative is the WiFi. Slower than I remember dial up.
