Overall a good stay in Cusco. Would have preferred if there were greater heating elements around the property. Room was clean, but basic.

AC in room 405 didnt work properly and it was warm in the room. The windows open but too noisy outside to sleep.

Very nice hotel. It was a little noisy at night. Seems some bar operated loudly nearby until 6am.

Excellent location. Can easily walk the quaint city of Cusco and see local sites and markets. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the noise at night when trying to sleep. Constant doors banging all night that kept us awake when staying on first floor. When we returned for another night we had the second floor room and that was much better; still noisy but much less. Restaurant and bar on site with good food and drinks .

The staff is very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay amazing! But the hotel rooms are not at all what you see in the pics. The room is very average and kind of small, every time I opened the window a very strong food smell filled up our room, kind of noisy. But the worse thing was the water pressure, very poor, it went from hot to cold in a second without moving anything. I will not stay here ever again. But I need to recognize that the staff made all the bad stuff much better.

Beautiful hotel that reflects the culture of the region. Most important to us was the care of the staff. We arrived at Cusco feeling the strong impact of the high elevation and the staff has been very caring and attentive. We really appreciate their kindness. I highly recommend if you are traveling to Cusco

Lovely property. We were upgraded to a ground floor room in the old mansion with a spa and it was lovely. Unfortunately due to limited time available we were not able to utilise many of the other facilities in the hotel.
