The owner and his family are excellent hosts. They are very friendly and welcoming. The location is a bit far from Cusco main square - about 20 mins walk and at a place not considered as a primą location. The internet is spotty and slow. The breakfast time needs to be confirmed each night for next morning and the food is prepared for you - not buffet like big hotels. The food is very similar each morning with little variety.

The property manager, Victor, was particularly attentive and helpful in providing guidance during our stay. He gave us two maps of the city and answered all our questions, called a cab when requested and helped his staff during breakfast, which was great of him to do. He really went above and beyond. Highly recommend Ureta Hotel.

Our stay here was perfect. The staff is so kind and helpful and the breakfast included is AMAZING we loved it. Such a home-y feel like we were welcomed into their home. A great place.

The owner dropped everything the evening we checked in and drove me to a restaurant. Very personable and individual concern!
