Would definitely stay again
Posted 7 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe location of this mom and pop hotel is fantastic, very close to Plaza de Armas. The staff is very helpful and attentive and will make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. It was very easy to book a trip to Machu Picchu through the hotel and it went off without a hitch. The view from our room was amazing (see photo)

They sent my senior citizen mom and aunt to a 4th floor room. When I booked it, it didn’t mention facility being a 4th level home nor I was booking up there. No customer service or empathy.. never again

Dear Tony,We are sorry that you felt that his stay was not satisfactory.For our part, the hotel offered all the services described, offering one of the best rooms, our triple room, located on the fourth floor.for your breakfast requirement that I request at 1am. As indicated in the reservation, this is served from 7am.Likewise, he kept an eye on his overnight stay at all times and helped him with the taxi when he left.

Casa Mayte is a beautiful quaint hotel in the heart of Cusco! The staff is wonderful and the hotel itself is gorgeous, the only but we have is that there’s no noise cancellations in the room! You can hear everything outside your room 😅

Lights and noise start at 4 AM and do not stop. If you try to nap during the afternoon, don’t be surprised if the hotel personnel wake you up with full-volume music. Avoid if you plan on sleeping.
