I loved the courtyard and the building. Very clean and bright. Friendly service and in walking distance to most things!

This is a very nice property, off the beaten path, so to speak. It’s an old but well maintained building with lots of character. If you want down-to-earth, basic necessities, this inn has them. Good location, safe, clean, extremely helpful staff and a modest breakfast is included. Its convenient location in the downtown means that there is a fair bit of traffic noise but it didn’t really affect our sleep or experience. I would stay here again if visiting Cusco another time.

Great stay at the Victorian era home which has been turned into a sort of boutique hotel. I enjoyed my time at the place. They had flexible check in and check out for a few. Only gripe was that the bathroom was not attached and required a separate key. Also, they charge for small things like an extra egg at breakfast while discounting the fact that I didn't have breakfast for 2 out of 7 days.

Nestled within a quick walk from the lively plaza, the welcoming and charming atmosphere immediately made me feel safe and at home. The owner's hospitality knows no bounds; being bilingual, he goes out of his way to ensure a delightful stay, whether it's scheduling a taxi or providing directions. Eric at the front desk was an absolute delight, making my experience even more enjoyable. The presence of two friendly dogs added a lovely touch to the warm ambiance.
Beyond the warm reception, the value for the price was outstanding. The attic room, in particular, felt like a home away from home, cozy and comforting. The flexibility to leave our luggage and the warm welcome upon our return were thoughtful gestures that left a lasting impression.
Furthermore, the property showcased excellent organization, safety, and cleanliness. The provision of complimentary coca tea and water 24/7 was a considerate touch, aiding in acclimatization. The Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the premises was reliable, adding to the overall convenience. Without a doubt, I look forward to revisiting this haven and reliving the wonderful experience.

The staff is friendly and helpful. This property looks more like a hostel not a hotel. The bedrooms are small and have basic amenities.
I personally had some issues with the travel agency that the hotel recommended so I'd suggest other travelers to check on other local travel agencies upon arrival.
